Shipping policy

What are the shipping fee and delivery timeline?

In stock: In-stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from date of order.

Back-order: Back-stock orders will be shipped at a later date and this date will be noted on the product page and on your order confirmation email.

Pre-order: Pre-order items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after the launch day.

Shipping time may vary, as it is subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc. Shipping time depends on the country of delivery at shipping service selected:

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

United States and Canada

Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

United Kingdom

All items shipping to the UK include VAT and duties. There are no additional fees on delivery. 

Other international shipments

There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that seree does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order once placed?

If your order has not been shipped, please reach out to us at info@seree.co with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Returns & Exchanges section.

Can I update my address once the order is placed?

Feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change.

If the order is dispatched, we suggest you contact the courier directly as we are unable to guarantee successful delivery and are not liable for any lost packages.

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order.

Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@seree.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How do I start the return?

Log into your seree account (create one now if you didn’t create one at checkout) and select “My Returns”

Select the item and the reason for the return

Pack your orders and ship to the below address: seree, 154 Orchard St #14, New York, NY 10002

How much is the return shipping fee?

Returns are at your own expense. Orders outside of the US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will come in the form of store credit only.  From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 7 business days for our returns team to process. Once processed, they will send you a confirmation notice on the return.
